Liquid Fryer Cleaner (AFCO 5240) is a highly caustic liquid, one step fryer cleaner which contains wetting, chelating, and foaming agents. The foaming and wetting agents provide improved cleaning. The chelating agents provide maximum water hardness and scale control in the wash and rinse cycles. AFCO 5240 provides a small amount of foam to aid in soil removal and rinsing. AFCO 5240 can also be used in C.I.P. cleaning of smokehouses and ovens.
